Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the ProxyBrain macOS app, this website and your ProxyBrain account. By buying a license or using the app, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Your license
- A license lets one person use ProxyBrain on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac by deactivating it on the old one, or from your account page.
- A one-time license doesn't expire and includes future updates. A subscription license, if offered, lasts for the period you paid for.
- You may not share, resell or publish your license key, or try to get around license checks.
- We may revoke a license that was obtained fraudulently, charged back, or used in breach of these terms.
What you need
ProxyBrain runs on top of an AI tool you already use, such as Claude Code. That tool, its subscription, and its own terms are separate from ProxyBrain and are your responsibility. ProxyBrain isn't made by or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or any other AI provider.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout, and payment is handled by Razorpay or NOWPayments. If ProxyBrain doesn't work for you, email us and we'll look at refund requests individually. A refunded license is revoked.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for how you use ProxyBrain, including following any laws and any rules set by employers, schools, exam bodies or other organisations that apply to you. Don't use it to break the law, or to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the app or the service.
AI output
Suggestions, answers and scores come from AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Check them yourself before relying on them. You're responsible for what you say and submit.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. The app keeps working offline for up to 7 days between license checks. We may update the app and these terms. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above.
Disclaimer and liability
ProxyBrain is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, interview or hiring outcomes, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Ending your use
You can stop using ProxyBrain and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.
